根据GB/T 1499.2-2018标准,水钢设计了Φ36~40 mm HRB500E螺纹钢筋的内控成分为(%)0.22~0.25C、0.60~0.70Si、1. 50~1.60Mn、0.11~0.13V、P≤0. 045、S≤0. 045。采用"100 t顶底复吹转炉冶炼-挡渣出钢-脱氧合金化-LF炉精炼-160方坯连铸-方坯加热-棒材轧制-空冷"的工艺流程,生产出的Φ36 mm HRB500E螺纹钢筋的屈服强度ReL0 540~580 MPa,抗拉强度Rm0 705~735 MPa,断后伸长率A 15. 5%~20. 5%,最大力总延伸率Agt 11.5%~14.0%,实测抗拉强度与实测屈服强度之比Rm0/ReL0为1.25~1.32,实测屈服强度与GB/T 1499.2-2018标准要求的最低屈服强度之比ReL0/ReL为1.08~1.16,因此,钢筋的力学性能满足GB/T 1499.2-2018标准要求。生产出的Φ40 mm HRB500E钢筋的微观组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度为9.5~10级。 相似文献

Additive manufacturing (AM) has rapidly changed both large- and small-scale production environments across many industries. By re-envisioning parts from the ground up, not limited to the challenges presented by traditional manufacturing techniques, researchers and engineers have developed new design strategies to solve large-scale materials and design problems worldwide. This is particularly true in the world of alloy design, where new metallic materials have historically been developed through tedious processes and procedures based primarily on casting methodologies. With the onset of directed energy deposition (DED) and powder bed fusion (PBF)-based AM, new alloys can be innovated and evaluated rapidly at a lower cost and considerably shorter lead time than has ever been achieved. This article details the advantages, challenges, applications, and perspectives of alloy design using primarily laser-based AM. The cytotoxicity of monticellite based bioactive ceramic powder, which was synthesized from boron derivative waste has been determined by in vitro assays of MTT, NRU, and JC-1 staining. The toxicity of powder on different mammalian cell lines (3T3-L1, HUVEC, CRL-2120) was evaluated at the concentrations of 10, 100, 200, 400 and 800?µg/mL to justify its potential for biomedical applications. The obtained results showed that monticellite based bioactive ceramic powder possesses not only bioactive feature but also biocompatible characteristic at the concentration range of 10–200?µg/mL. Dielectric breakdown is a fundamental issue for ferroelectric ceramics. In this work, a phase-field method is introduced to study the breakdown behavior of ferroelectric ceramics with pores randomly distributed. Effects of the position and the size of pores on the breakdown behavior are analyzed. Results indicate that the position of pores, for example in grains or at grain boundaries, has a significant influence on the breakdown strength of ferroelectric ceramics. The nominal breakdown strength of ferroelectric ceramics with 2 % pores at grain boundaries is almost 50 % higher than 2 % pores in grains. Further, for ferroelectric ceramics with a certain porosity, the smaller the pore size, the higher the breakdown strength. As the nominal pore size decreases from 2.5 to 1, the nominal breakdown strength is enhanced from 0.73 to 1.16. Such results agree well with the widely accepted Gerson-Marshall model and previously published experimental observations. 相似文献
